So thankful for Katelyn at Southern Pro Restoration who helped make the process of getting our new roof so easy and low stress. We called Southern Pro immediately following the first hurricane last September 2022. One of the owners came out immediately. They inspected the roof to see up close what was going on. They worked tirelessly with our insurance company to get all of the damage covered. We would highly recommend Southern Pro Restoration for your new roof! We love our new black shingle!!

I was nervous getting our roof done not knowing what we were getting into. Gabe did an inspection with the roof adjuster from the insurance and they both agreed on the damage from hurricane. Gabe explained every step in the process he even called with follow up on what to expect next. The workers were reliable, nice, quick and no mess behind. Had an awesome experience. He broke down the difference in roof package options and I was able to make an informed decision based on budget, basic needs, and best value. When you notice a leak, you better call the pros!Southern Pro helped me mitigate a leak, while the insurance claim process was in the works. With Hurricane Ian blowing through and dumping rain, I was impressed that the temporary fix held and we are on the schedule for a new roof very soon.Southern Pro has replaced several roofs in my neighborhood and they all look great. The house right across the street is going on five years with zero issues (through both Irma and Ian)!Your roof is everything in Florida. If your roof is leaking get it fixed right and replaced by Southern Pro!

My project manager Matt and my Sales representative Chad worked together to complete my roof correctly, timely and within budget! This team worked tirelessly to make it all happen before the hurricane season came in. They mobilized three different crews in two different counties and organized the schedule smoothly! Southern Pro Restoration did our brand new roof last month. From our first contact with the company, selecting the shingle color, and working with Scott who co-ordinated his team with the builders, they installed an amazing roof. The house isn’t even completed and everyone complements us on our roof! It's a perfect, water-tight, smooth roof and their team installed it in just over a day. They cleaned up the site when they completed the job, making sure there were nails or debris left over. Thank you for your timely, professional and seamless installation on our new roof, with the peace of mind with the warranty of the quality product installed. We had Southern Pro come out to put a roof on our brand new construction home. Extremely punctual, fast, professional, they cleaned up after themselves and we have yet to find 1 roofing nail on the premises. They were able to put our roof on quickly and we have not had any issues with leaks or quality. Would highly recommend them as their staff and workmanship are outstanding.

I cannot recommend and regret using Southern Pro Restoration, a GAF Master Elite Weather Stopper Roofing Contractor, Tampa, FL.Their roofing crew started work on my roof on October 7, 2019. They removed the old shingles, vents, etc. from my roof and then it began to rain. They did not have tarps, plastic sheets or anything else to cover the roof and protect the interior of my home. I had to furnish buckets, pans, wet/dry shop vac, etc. for them to use to collect water and clean-up. The water damage was so bad, my wife and I had to stay in a motel for 8 days.As of today, February 27, 2020, Southern Pro has not reimbursed me for several items they agreed to pay for. It has been 3 months since I sent them copies of the receipts for those items and made several calls requesting payment.They not only have not reimbursed me, they wanted payment for the “roofing job”.L & MWesley Chapel, FL

Gabe and Southern Pro are amazing. I had a long litigation process with my homeowners insurance and when things were finalized Gabe honored the quoted price. They were able to schedule my roof job quickly and complete it just as quickly. The work performed was done well... and I am extremely picky (engineering degree)!I would highly recommend Gabe and Southern Pro Restoration!!

There is nothing negative I can say about Southern Pro Restorations. I had a great experience from start to finish of my roof replacement. I dealt with Nick Graham from the beginning thru completion and he was great. He is knowledge, organized, honest, respectful and a pleasantly professional. All of my questions were answered promptly, and he even helped me to aquire financing. The whole crew was polite, skilled and very efficient. I had a deadline on my re-roof and they not only met but exceeded my limited time frame. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. The new roof met all of my expectations.
