Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Referral reward of $500 is issued only after the referred customer’s full roof replacement project is completed (minimum contract value of $10,000) and Southern Pro Restoration, LLC has been paid in full.
Rewards will be delivered within 10 business days of SPR receiving final payment. Delivery method may be check, electronic transfer, or gift card at SPR’s discretion.
Referral entry must be submitted through the referral page before the referred customer contacts SPR by any other method (phone, website, in-person, etc.). SPR’s records control for timing and duplicate referral detection.
Only one referral may be credited per new customer. In the event of duplicate submissions, the first valid entry will be honored.
One reward is issued per completed roof replacement contract that meets the program criteria.
Self-referrals are not permitted, including your own property, household members, or businesses you own. Employees, owners, and subcontractors of SPR are not eligible.
As a bonus, each eligible referred customer will receive a free upgrade to GAF’s System Plus Warranty, provided their roof installation qualifies under GAF’s program requirements. The upgrade applies to qualifying GAF asphalt shingle systems only and is not available on metal, tile, or flat roofs. No cash value. If ineligible, SPR may offer an equivalent benefit at its discretion.
Program valid only for projects completed within SPR’s normal service areas.
Referrers are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations associated with rewards. If rewards paid to a referrer total $600 or more in a calendar year, a completed W-9 may be required and a Form 1099 may be issued.
SPR reserves the right to verify eligibility, withhold rewards in cases of suspected abuse or fraud, and to modify or cancel this program at any time without notice. Void where prohibited.
