The entire experience was pretty much stressless. From the initial contact for an estimate through completion of the project the Southern Pro representatives were professional, friendly, courteous and willing to answer all of my questions with clear and precise responses. I was particularly impressed with the speed and efficiency with which Southern Pro got the job done. Special kudos go to Nicholas Johnson, the project manager. He kept me informed at each stage of the project and always addressed my questions/concerns right away. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a repair or installation of a new roof.
